3. The site administrators are not accountable for the unauthorized use of payment instruments by the persons who buy one or more seats in the virtual arena.

4.Each seat is a virtual one. It represents a virtual asset and the owner has a virtual property right, exclusively opposable with other seat buyers. The acquisition of a seat makes it impossible for anyone else to buy the same seat. The acquired seat is exclusively reserved in favor of the first buyer accepted by the site administrators. This seat will be marked with the “occupied” indicative.

5.The seat which you bought does not give you the right to participate and watch a real sports competition held in a real arena by any real sports club.

6.The virtual seat at Milanarena.com must not be mistaken by the buyers with a real seat belonging to a real team or a real sports club.

7. The site administrators clearly limit the virtual space, used by this site, from everyday reality. We do not suggest to anyone that there is a connection between the virtual arena belonging to this site and any other real arena belonging to a real sports club. The fans imagination concerning the resemblance of this arena with a real sports club can not be controlled by the site administrators.

8. The site administrators do not act in the name or representation of any football team or sports club.
